TOPCOAT-PU is a chemical resistant Two pack Polyurethane coating suitable for application by brush or spray. TOPCOAT SF (Stone Finish)

TOPCOAT-SF is a chemical and heat resistance material, up to a temperature of 180 deg.C., suitable for application by brush or spray. It is an excellent coating for corrosion resistance, insulation & damp walls etc. Coating achieved with this PU is extremely hard and is resistance to oil, alkali, alcohol, salt water, sulphuric acid solution up to 30% concentration level (24 hours).

It is strongly recommended for coastal areas, where the humidity levels are very high and some times, it goes up to 90-95% and no other coating takes the grip, because of invisible slat deposit on the structures. This coating will protect the structures, steels and equipments in Oil Refineries, Solvent Chemical Industries and Onshore structures, which are subjected to severe saline conditions and where the problem is proper drying and curing of the polymer, after being coated.

Solution for Rising Water Damp

Normally, wherever, the underground water level is very low, the water is soaked through the Brick walls and through the Bricks, near the foundation area. It rises on the wall and destroys the painting and weakens the plastering etc. Our solution to such Rising dampness is as under:

Step - 1: First POP and Cement plastering has to be removed to reach to the Brick wall.

Step - 2: Clean the Brick Wall with iron brush of normal brush or cloth as appropriate.

Step - 3: Create a mixture of Tuff Crete, C-Max, Cement, and water, The mixing ratio is Tuff Crete (1 Ltr) C-Max (100gm), Cement (4kg), water (7Ltr).

Step - 4: Apply three (3) coats of the mixture giving suitable Curing and drying time after each coat.

Step - 5: Apply 1-2 coat of WS (Water Soluble) Black Coatmixed in Water. The Mixing ratio is Black Coat 1 Ltr. and Water 0.8 Liter.

Step - 6: On curing of Black Coat mixture; plaster the wall with Cement by adding 1% C-Max to Cement.

Step - 7: Please cure the plastering with water.Apply One coat of primer ( WHITE KNIGHT -6050 ) on the wall, only after curing. This will give complete Water Proofing, even if there is a Substantial seepage of water in the wall).

Negative Water Proofing Systems

Normally, water proofing is done by stopping the source of water, whether outside or inside the building, which carries water in to the walls and this is normally stopped by putting tar-felt or through polymeric coatings, depending on the condition & location of seepage point.

Vivid India has a method of polymeric coating as well as Polyfelt system to stop seepage/dampness coming through external source. Normally, this problem occurs when the source of seepage/dampness is not traced or identified and you need to stop your walls from moisture/dampness. Due to this water seepage, your costly paints peels-off and the rooms look very dirty and shabby. Besides this, the moisture brings a bad smell, which is un-hygienic. Fire Resistant Coating Carbobond - 2000

A specially developed Silicon, Alumina base compound in thick paste form.

Metal Bandage System

The areas of severe corrosion like, cold storgae pipes and pipes dipped under earth may use our Metal Bandage system. Under this system, one coat of our Class-1 coating is applied and on the coating, Aluminium foils/ Polyester cloth are wrapped. Subsequently, one coat of any of the class-1 coating may be given and further two coats of TOPCOAT-4045 are applied to make it a most sound corrosion resistance system.
