TOPCOAT 4045 is a corrosion resistance coating for use on wood, concrete, machinery, equipment, leathers, marine fixtures, sign boards and battery terminals, fabricated tanks, Brass-articles, galvanized or anodized metal, steel doors & grills etc. It can be used in water cooler to avoid electric shocks from the metal body and keep the cooler body stable for longer period.

It provides a crystal clear invisible glossy layer, which is transparent and hard. Metal surface will look new, shinning and glazed for a longer period. The shiny paint surface resists water, retards rust and protects the colour from sun and rain. The paint does not need any primer, etching, or phosphating. This paint can be applied directly even on zinc plate. Topcoat has brine sea water corrosion resistance.

How to apply

Scrape of blistered, loose or flocking (peeling) paint, rust, scales etc.
Rub emery cloth.
Wipe dry with clean cloth
Remove all traces of oil, greese, and smoke (soot). Allow it to dry
Apply TOPCOAT by brushing, spraying, or dipping
Apply 2/3 coats for best results

Precautions should be taken by wearing protective clothing like gloves and goggles to protect the hands and eyes during application.

TOP COAT 4045 - SYSTEMS FOR CORROSSION RESISTANCE

2+2 SYSTEM

Our Two plus Two system is very good for the seaworthy areas, where heavy corrosion are there. After cleaning the metal surface, two coats of our Coating are applied and after those coatings, another two coats of TOPCOAT -4045 are given. This system has proved better than Epoxy system, because of so many advantages over Epoxy, like high temperature resistance, aging properties and better flexibility etc. No need of primer & our product works also as primer sun less coats. Total coating thickness build up is approxima tely 80-100 microns.

1+1 SYSTEM

Normally, it is PU Coating Two Pack system with pot llife of 30-60 minutes and available in 500 ml. And 1000 ml. Containers with separate catalyst included. One coat of our colored PU & one coat of our Clear coat PU completes our 1+1 system. Total coating thickness built up is approximately 80-100 microns.
