  Chemicals are at core of everything. We are composed of chemicals and chemistry is always at work around us. At high pressure or varying temperatures, incredible things happen, because the chemicals may undergo a change in their structure and bonding due to these pressures and temperature changes. We aim to increase the coordination of chemicals so that they get together amicably and the chemistry works for a better life.

Dr. Hari Om - Founder Vivid India

  Dr. Hari Om, the founder of Vivid India, with 40+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality calibration, and market development in the chemical and lighting industry. He has been an integral part of Sreechem Resins Ltd, responsible for extensive R&D & manufacturing of eco-friendly construction and waterproofing chemicals. He holds a PhD in Chemistry and began his career with Laxman Sylvania Ltd, a renowned lamps manufacturer, and later founded Vivid India. Under his leadership, Vivid India has flourished and expanded its presence in various chemical segments. Dr. Hari Om has also been actively involved in philanthropic endeavours, serving as the President of Sun Educational Trust, the Trustee and Manager of college Narayan College Shikohabad (Agra University), as well as the General Secretary of SRB Educational Society, aiming to provide quality education to economically disadvantaged communities.

Mr. Vinod K Singh - COO and Interim CEO

  Mr. Vinod K Singh Vinod has over 25 years of experience in business development, setting up operations, international market development, sourcing and outsourcing. He is currently acting as the Interim CEO of Vivid India, and focusing on company’s alliances and relationships. Mr. Singh holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics.

Sameer Jadon – Marketing and Sales Head

  Sameer is an accomplished professional serving with over a decade of experience in Pre/Post sales and customer success. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Holding an MBA degree from Amity University, he possesses a strong foundation in business and marketing strategies. Sameer has also had the privilege of closely collaborating with Dr. Hari Om on product development and innovation. Through his comprehensive understanding of customer needs, he plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's marketing and sales initiatives.

Pallavi Singh – Finance & Operation Head

  Prior to her current role, Pallavi has been working at a leading multinational company delivering multiple implementations. Pallavi holds an MBA from SNU. With her wealth of experience, Pallavi brings extensive knowledge in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting, as well as operations and risk assessment. Her expertise in these areas allows her to effectively manage and optimize the financial and operational aspects of VIVID India, ensuring its success in the ever-changing business landscape.
