Black Coat - Seamless Tar Felting Substitute
Black Coat is a new generation, Pitch-Epoxy-Alkyd based coating, recommended as an environment friendly water proofing system on all types of bricks, concrete and wooden surfaces. Blackcoat has a good grip and gives a coating thickness between 40-50 microns on single coat basis.
It is completely moisture free and gives a good waterproof layer and is better than Tar felted substitutes. It is the first step for giving full proof water proofing to roofs and is compatible with any type of roofs strata including the lime surkhi coated roofs.
» It can also be applied on exposed TORR/MS steel rods to avoid corrosion in the RCC roofs.
» It can also be applied on the walls affected by rising seepages.
» It has an excellent termite resistance for any type of affected material.
» It can be applied on live standing trees, which are attacked by termites.
» It covers 60-80 square feet per litre depending on the type of surface.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface preparation is the most important step before application of this coating. Apply first coat of BLACK COAT by diluting with Blackcoat to water ratio of 1:0.3.
Apply second and third coat of Blackcoat by diluting for easy application with a gap of four (4) hours between each coat.
If any cracks appear, then use SRL's cloth bandage system for complete sealing of the creack.
If there is a need for thermal insulation/protection against extreme tempratures in summer and winter, then apply two (2) coats of White Knight Eco Touch on Blackcoat.
This will also provide protection against UV radiations.

इस्तेमाल के लिए निर्देश
इस कोटिंग को लगाने से पहले सतह की तैयारी सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चरण है। 1: 0.3 के अनुपात में पानी के साथ ब्लैककोट को मिलाकर ब्लैककोट के पहले कोट को लागू करें।
प्रत्येक कोट के बीच चार (4) घंटे के अंतराल के साथ आसानी से लगाने के लिए ब्लैककोट के दूसरे और तीसरे कोट को लागू करें।
यदि किसी भी जगह दरार दिखाई दे, तो कृत्रिम सील की पूरी सीलिंग के लिए SRL के क्लॉथ पट्टी (bandage) सिस्टम का उपयोग करें।
यदि गर्मियों और सर्दियों में होने वाले तापमान से बचाव (थर्मल इन्सुलेशन) की आवश्यकता है, तो ब्लैककोट पर व्हाइट नाइट इको टच के दो (2) कोटों को लगाएँ।
ये अल्ट्रा वायलेट किरणों से भी बचाता है|
